Emily Glaubman, Esq., is an immigration attorney with experience in family-based petitions, removal proceedings, naturalization, and Writs of Mandamus. After clerking for a judge in the New Jersey Superior Court, she began practicing immigration law in 2022 and is dedicated to providing thorough and compassionate representation to her clients.

Umu is a first-generation U.S. citizen with a degree in Criminology from Penn State, serving as a paralegal at Winkler Immigration Law since May 2023. She plays a key administrative role in supporting clients and attorneys, driven by a deep empathy for immigrants’ journeys and a passion for pursuing a future in immigration law.
