Meet Emily Glaubman, Esq

Emily is an immigration law attorney who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, in May 2021. After graduating from law school, Emily spent the first year of her professional career clerking for a judge in the New Jersey Superior Court. She has been practicing immigration law since 2022. 

Emily Glaubman has extensive experience in immigration law, including preparing and filing various family-based petitions, such as adjustment of status, fiancée visas, visitor visas, VAWAS, and waivers. She has also represented clients in removal proceedings and is also experienced in filing writs of mandamus in federal courts and naturalization applications. Emily was motivated to join the firm because of the dedicated staff as well as the care and time each employee takes with each case. She hopes to contribute positively by helping the firm grow and providing successful and competent representation to our clients.
