Meet Fatoumata Binta Balde

Binta is native and citizen of Liberia and Guinea in West Africa. Binta arrived in the United States in 2006 and has worked in immigration law since that time—first in New York City, and currently with Winkler Immigration Law serving communities in Philadelphia, New York, and surrounding areas. Binta joined the firm in February 2024. 

Binta enjoys working with the firm because she enjoys helping people and she is committed to helping members of her own community. Binta is a key component in WIL’s community engagement and liaising with the firm and our various community partners. Binta assists all attorneys of the firm in preparing clients for their immigration matters, including assisting with the preparation of written statements and individual hearings with the immigration court.
