Are physically present in the U.S. due to trafficking
Would suffer extreme hardship if removed
T-Visas are valid for 4 years and may lead to permanent residence.
U-Visa: For Crime Victims
The U-Visa helps immigrants who:
Have suffered substantial physical or mental abuse from certain crimes
Reported the crime and helped law enforcement
This visa can lead to a green card after 3 years and may allow qualifying family members to join you.
