Become a U.S. Citizen through Naturalization

Naturalization is the final step in your immigration journey. If you’re a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) and meet the requirements, our team at Winkler Immigration Law can guide you through the application, interview, and oath of allegiance process.

Who Is Eligible for Naturalization?

You may be eligible if:

  • You’ve been a green card holder for 5 years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen)

  • You’ve maintained continuous residence and physical presence

  • You pass an English and civics test

  • You demonstrate good moral character
