Meet Gabriana Whipple

Gabby is from Wallingford, VT (U.S.), and she holds a B.A. with a major in Political Science and minored in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont. Gabby is an experienced paralegal with a cumulative background in family law, bankruptcy, and immigration law. Gabby files applications with the immigration court, including asylum applications and other related applications with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), which includes, but is not limited to, I-765 Applications for Work Authorization and Adjustment of Status. Gaby is also knowledgeable about helping Winkler Immigration Law clients with all their questions related to the immigration court policies and procedures. Gaby also supports the office in assisting the management of payment and document collection.

Gaby joined the firm in March 2024 and, in the past, had worked with the firm’s founder, Jordan A. Winkler, at a bankruptcy law firm, while Jordan was at the same time practicing immigration law. Her most joyful motivation is seeing the look on clients’ faces when we win their asylum cases.
